Coolermaster Hydra 8800 and Glacier 600 GPU water cooling review - Conclusion

As we can see from the results, both of the coolers are quite capable of cooling their respective cards. They do it in complete silence, provided you have a quiet watercooling system. ATI’s model looks a little more like a watercooling block, but NVIDIA’s also provides very silent and cool operation. There is also a new Glacier 9200 that supports the G92 8800 series card, so if you are going for a solution as you buy the card that’s the way to go. We will publish its results as soon as we get that part from Coolermaster. To conclude, if you own a 2900XT and are fed up with the noise, think about getting the Glacier. It will once again bring peace and quiet to your home. If you have an older 8xxx series card, Hydra is your friend and if you have a newer one, we'll check out if Glacier 9200 fits the purpose as well. Knowing Coolermaster stuff, we have no doubts that it will. Either way, we love these things so - Editor's Choice award was pretty much inevitable...
