OK, so let's start with some pictures, starting with the overall "look":

Benchmarking

We only ran three sets of tests - DVD playback (battery life), PCMark and 3dMark. We'll use these results and compare them with the other models we mentioned and - perhaps - a couple of more notebooks that are on the way.

First - DVD playback/battery life test. Although some initial specs of this notebook state that the battery should be good for four hours of "freedom", I beg to differ. According to our three runs - just to be safe because I was very surprised by this - it can only manage some 2h19min on battery on average. This is completely outrageous and we'll get back to this a bit later.

PCMark score is ok, and it's in the 3000 region (3052 in our test). 3dMark score is in the 1070 region (1073) so - not worth mentioning. This is not a mobile workhorse so we don't expect massive 3dMark scores. If you were to run some older games, you should be fine.
