There's a cooler on the bottom of the case, as well. Nice addon to have some cooling around hard drives (stored sideways) and better airflow in general.
Panel on the top is quite a bit different then on Stackers - four USB 2.0, Firewire, audio connectors (MIC and headphones), E-SATA, reset and power buttons and a couple of LEDs for power and hard drive activity. Nice.
Additional thing - watercooling holes on the back - if you ask us, very good thing. I mean, a lot cheaper cases have them as well:

I have a distinct pleasure of owning two Stackers (STC-01 and 830) that I use on a daily basis so having COSMOS right next to them seems a little bit surreal in a way. STC-01 was a piece of machine - you could have two power supplies inside and 830 was the next steep - nicer appearance, meaner look, additional cooling methods, space for one PSU. COSMOS comes on top of that as an icing on the cake, being better then both of the Stackers. Acoustic characteristics of COSMOS are definitely a notch better then Stackers' and overall, all of the coolers inside the COSMOS weren't as loud as in a similarly configured Stacker. Thumbs up!
Cooling basics are also changed and let's do some explaining about this. There are three fans on the case (two on top, one close to the backplate) extracting the air outside, and only one pushing air inside. This is actually the reason why the cooling characteristics of the case are better then before - by doing this, COSMOS has a different air pressure that makes air go around the inside of the case. Quite clever and a pretty simple enhancement. In practice, this relates to 1-3 degrees Celsius less heat on our configuration used (watercooled EVGA 680i Black Pearl, QX6850 CPU, the works).
